Our volunteer committee at Douglas Drive are a group of people with a passion for the centre and the work we do and, want to see the centre continue to thrive into the future.

With the AGM approaching, we would welcome new active committee members.

The committee meet on average every 6 weeks and would welcome new members particularly with any of the following experience

• Background in finance, business or fundraising
• Skills in form filling, applying for grants, social media or producing newsletters
• Practical skills or knowledge which you feel could benefit the centre.

We’ve been celebrating Chinese New Year at Douglas Drive this week.

Fun games using chopsticks, lovely Chinese food, lucky coins and fortune cookies.

With it being the year of the tiger, we also found out what year animal we all are …. It’s been a great week .
