A big thank you to one of our volunteers this week for the fantastic job clearing the weeds and debris from the paved areas in front of the centre… it makes such a difference and we have already had some lovely comments about how great it looks!
Douglas Drive will be holding their annual Macmillan coffee morning on
Friday 27th September 2019 10:30 – 12:30.
All proceeds from cake and refreshment sales for Macmillan Cancer Support.
We will also have a raffle, pot of gold and craft sales to raise funds for Douglas Drive Senior Citizens Association.
Grab your family, friends and neighbours and join us for a natter and a nibble!
Douglas Drive Day Centre are very keen to hear from anyone who would be interested in a couple of hours a week volunteering within our Day Care sessions.
We are particularly looking for additional volunteers on Mondays and Wednesdays.
