Douglas Drive is a Day Centre for Senior Citizens from Stevenage and surrounding villages. Our aim is to enrich the social lives of Senior Citizens, helping to prevent isolation and maintaining their wellbeing.

We provide three day care groups providing a safe space for Senior Citizens to meet, including those living with Dementia. Activities suitable for each client group are delivered by our activities co-ordinator and our team of volunteers.
In that time the clients are at Douglas Drive, their families/carers are given the opportunity of a four hour carers break.

As part of the session, and included in the daily fee, we provide a two course home cooked meal and refreshments.

The Day Care groups run from 10am – 2pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
